Poor Service very disgusting!

After being a client of yours paying credit month in and out without skipping, I had to face a terrible customer service for a cash purchase that I cancelled immediately. Since the 24th of December I purchased a bed in Olievenboush plaza Russells, I haven’t been refunded my money. I sent proof of account, and my ID, now my documents cannot be found they’re starting over the process which could take 7 more days. I want my money and I wouldn’t refer anyone to you!!! Your consultants are greedy, they’re chasing after deals and forget that we work hard for our money. Very poor service sies!
