Poor service to the customer by so called manager

Russelles furniture shop at Sky city(Albarton side).. The service is poor..I don't know if he's a manager or what a guy by the name of Sfiso or Sbu).the guys he's arrogant he doesn't respect customer he run the shop like its his..most/lots if customers now are paying their account elsewhere because of him..
