Poor service selling rejects to consumers

I bought a 3 wardrop late last year at Russell in De Aar. The wardrop was delivered without the handles and factory default I I bought a wardrop last year at Russell in Ladysmith i paid for a delivery which it was R500. The sales lady's name is Nomusa. The wardrop was delivered without the handles. Ive been calling this lady for several time. Everytime I call or go there I will be told they arr waiting for head office. Now I am being called everyday to pay my account and told my account is R25000 plus interest is going up every day I asked the head office to come and pick up they wardrops This is poor services. I don't want this rejects . I regret buying from them.
