Poor service - online orders

I did an online order for a bed. For 10 days the status remained on order successfully placed. Order was not picked and reserved. It's extremely difficult to get through the customer care. I contacted head office who put me through to their online department. The lady who assisted me escalated my online order. Its day 11 and there's still no movement. My order still renains as successfully placed.
