POOR SERVICE-LADYSMITH RUSSELL FURNISHER SHOP

I bought a wardrop last year at Russell in Ladysmith i paid for a delivery which it was R500. The sales lady's name is Nomusa. The wardrop was delivered without the handles. Ive been calling this lady for several time . Everytime i call her she will say i will get back you and never call me back. This is poor services. I need handles. I regret buying from them.
