Poor service from staff

This past 6 months I purchased couches, I purchased a washing machine and on the 20th I purchased a bed on contract.

Today I received a SMS telling me that I will only receive my order on the 26th day of January 2023.

When I made a mistake call as per SMS to query this the warehouse person who answered told me that he does not care an I can go to the store and request my deposit back.

Note I'm in contract with this company for over R30 000.00. I have used some of their stuff. But how do I send it back and cancel and go to a store that value customers and provide service.
