Poor service from Russells, Port Elizabeth, North End

Russells Port Elizabeth North End Branch as well as its warehouse and suppliers are *********** and poor aftersales service. I bought a lounge suite cash on the 18/09/2024 (excl the transport fee which is outsourced to a private person) at the branch and upon arrival I noticed that the unit was defective from the factory. I called them the next day and there was a to and fro as to when it will be collected. It was eventually collected on the 01/11/2024 and I am still waiting for feedback from the store, warehouse and supplier. I told them that I dont want the unit repaired, it must be replaced but it seems they will repair the defective unit. The lounge suite in question has now been marked down from the store to 12% less than what I purchased it for
