Poor service from Russells

I purchased a dining room suite from Russells Umzinto Mall. After a month the padding on the chairs deflated and i asked russells to rectify this as its still new. They collected my chairs and i haven't heard from them since which is almost 2 months now.

After visiting the store twice, nothing has been done. Query was lodged on the 14/11/2017.

I find the after sales service extreme poor.
