poor service for my hard earned money

I bought lounge suit online, and the advert said if you buy online for over R4000.00 the delivery is free, and i bought for R12000.00, but until today nothing received and i don't owe them, and i was given 3 contact numbers without any assistance from all of them, Im requesting Russels to return my money back so that i can buy somewhere what i deserve
