Poor service

We bought a wardrobe on the 1st of Feb and it was delivered,only to found out it was not good we called and they came after we did a follow-up and check it after a week they promised to come back today to fix it but no one came and no call to just update us, now we are setting with a structure that is useless. Can someone take customer service serious please.
