poor service

I Bought queen Bed this year January 2024, i regret purchasing the item, within 2 weeks the Bed started having slopes , making funny sounds, my ribs and back is always painful, i do not enjoy sleeping on it at all, but they really disappointed me this time , the quality of the Bed is very Bad. i need it replaced ,
