Poor service

My partner made a laybye of Hisense 14litres washing machine at Russel’s Madombitsha mall , the store got closed with no form of communication made when he went to Russell’s mall of tembisa to finish off paying and release the machine he was told he needed to call madombitsha himself and they are not responsible for making calls to another store to request for the machine to be realized at a different store . Fine he made the call and there was no response . He then visited madimbitsha mall makhado only to realise the store is closed . He then contacted head office and the headoffice made him aware that all the Laybye’s were transferred to sleep masters madombitsha. Then the manager Tinyiko contacted the manager at mall of tembisa Zondi and they agreed that the machine is available and that we can fetch on Saturday 06/02/2026 . I then went to the store with receipts to collect and when I get there the told me the product code is different which I don’t understand how both managers of the store failed to double check and make sure the code is the same before making the customer go to the store for nothing . While I was at the store at mall of tembisa no one was willing to help after they told me the codes are not the same instead everyone was getting ready to knock off . They were just leaving the store while I am waiting with no feedback whatsoever. I am ****ed and all we want is refund because it took the whole week for us to try and get this sorted.
