Poor service delivery

We bought couches and a washing machine on Tuesday and paid for delivery at Russells in Sky City Alberton. The warehouse called us at 8pm and we missed the call. They logged us as UNREACHABLE and never bothered to call us again to make delivery arrangements! We have been trying to call and get our stuff but have not received any help so far. The customer service in Alberton is disappointing and unprofessional. I will never shop at Russells again!
