Poor service delivery.

Never buy from them anything. We bought a lounge suite. The set is a year and a few months old. The recliner cable broke for reasons unknown. It's 2 weeks to get Russels out to fix it or something and at the end of the day you sit with a broken couch and they are just giving you the run around.
