Poor service delivery

Service deliver is very poor, made a purchase on Tuesday morning, the lady assured me that it will be delivered within two days, know they telling me that it will only be delivered on Friday because they tried to call me twice to confirm address and i did not answer. Where as i immediately phoned back, and the lady who answered the phone, told me that they will probably phone back, which they only did after 15h00 to tell me it's to late, i contact the local Russell's store in Cathcart Road Queenstown to cancel transaction, and they told me i will only get a refund after seven days!!! This is really unacceptable and I will never in my life do business with them. We are not as fortunate as they are to sit with their Cell phones the whole day while serving customers, I mean what stupid procedures is that, because i did confirm my address when they received the sale now they having issues in delivering!!! Very ****ed right know!!!
