Poor service

I am disappointed &i want the issue to be solved,i need help,cos i still didn't get my stuff,i've been using Benoni Russels all this past years,they never disappointed me like this way,i don't know whether tht how they operates now,it my first time using Rusells from "Daveyton Mayfield Square",the Manager is full of lies,she don't care about how she treat customers,she's not good enough to work wth people,it been 2 months full now since i've made my purchase,but nothing touches her heart jst because of it not hers,am just wondering "how will i get my bedroom suit",cos am not owing the shop
