Poor service,

Bought a bedroom suite at Russell's Umzimkhulu later was told they don't have it on stock,,was told I get it the following week,,,following week still not available..I decided to take the available one that was Camilla which they said it was R1000.00 less than the 1 I had initially wanted,was asked to buy something else with this R1000,,,decided to add R1000 and take mini hi-fi which was (R2000,00) was meant to collect my things later that day (25/03/2020) guess what the bedroom suite was not R6999.00 anymore it was R7999.00 not forgetting I had already paid for the bedroom suite and the mini hi-fi...no one cared to tell me.....I don't see my self buying anything from Russell's ever again
