Poor service at Russells

I bought furniture with the account and they deducted the money before my things where delivered so disputed the money until I received some of my thinfs and i started to pay frequently once they delivered everything now they want me to pay errors of the months that i reversed the money. why was i suppose to pay before i even received my things
