The consultant that convinced me to buy sold me the above mentioned item. We agreed that he will dismantle the item and wrap it to avoid any damage during delivery since it was on display. This was my mom s gift, she went to pick it up with a bakkie and they refused to wrap it. I went to the shop and they told me I must pay for the person who will dismantle the stand. The sales person told us he was busy and we must go and ask for a manager since he was on tea time. I told them I am no longer buying the product and they told me there's no refund. The manager was on the phone and we sat on his table for almost half an hour. On collection the unit got damaged. The glass broke and the frame twisted<br>
