Poor service at Joshau Doore

<p>I bought a lounge suite on credit @ Joshua Doore in June 2014 and I also took extended warrantee , February 2016 the lounge suite started peeling again when I went to report @ Joshua Doore in Dobsonville I was told that they cannot assist me as the shop was in the process of closing down. On the 25/04/2016 my daughter then set an email to Tsepo ho she was advised that he deals with product complains, Tsepo then provided my daughter with reference number ********** 104 but between April and July there was no positive feedback from them, then beginning of August we did another follow up of which on the 06/08/2016 they came and took the lounge suite and they provided us with reference number JO-CA- ********** 6-80 , two weeks later when we did another follow up by ourselves we were told that the store was quoted by the supplier which means Joshua Doore has to pay the supplier to fix the lounge suite but Joshua Doore says they wont pay the suppliers as the quotation was declined by them. Please explain why we were sold an extended warranty that doesn’t cover wear and tear as the is no physical damage on the lounge suite. Please can we get a positive feedback on this complain from Joshua Doore as we are still paying for something that has been given us problems ever since we bought it or can we please be refunded all installment paid and cancel this account please because to me 1. This is a breach of customer service, to give me constant feedback as per customer protection act 2. Joshua Doore staff didn’t put themselves into my shoes hence they don’t feel the importance of handling this complain with priority 3.this matter also affected my health</p>
