poor service at its best

I went to soshanguve plaza Russells to buy my mom entertainment unit which is very very beautiful and my mom loved it , but after i purchased the unit i was told to get people from outside store meaning i have to hire any random person in the complex and pay them to help me load my unit since they r ladies and don't have the power to lift heavy furniture which was understandable ,i asked them why they don't have guys to help with customers goods? like i cudnt undertand why a furniture store didn't have people to help with loading ? if i get those random people to help me and by mistake damage my unit who is going to be liable for the damage caused by those people? i was soo disappointed and frustrated by their service
