Poor service and unprofessional staff

i have an account with Russels and i fail to pay for the past 3 years i received a call from Estern berry Attorneys i acknowledge the debt i have been paying a small amount i got a new job which is paying less

I call Western berry attorney to ask for a discount settlement because i cannot pay a debt of 4 the full amount even when the furniture is broken they reduced saying that i cannot get a discount i told them it will take me another 10 years to settle the R15 000 installment they refused

My advice to you folks do t ever apply their credit they are ****** company all the other companies do allow a settlwmt with a discount if the account is long overdue

I work hard to save the settlement amount but i don't get help .
