Poor service and false hope

If there were an option to give 0 stars, I would choose it. I am deeply disappointed by the extremely poor service I have received 😔. I paid almost R20,000 for items after explicitly confirming stock availability beforehand. At the time, I was assured with great enthusiasm that all items were in stock.

Now, after following up on the delivery, I am shocked to be told that there is actually no stock available at all. This information only came out when I tried to reschedule or negotiate an earlier delivery date, as the date initially given was already unreasonably far.

This experience has been emotionally draining and incredibly frustrating 😩. I feel misled and let down after making such a significant payment in good faith. I urgently request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible, either through an immediate resolution or a full explanation and corrective action.
