Poor service

Hellopeter,i have a problem,i've bought a 2piece bedroom suits at Russells "Daveyton Mayfield Square",but they still didn't deliver it,since i've been waiting from July,i have made the purchase on the 30th June 2023 &they was supposed to transfer it to KZN,but i still ddn't get it,when i went to the shop they always promising me,but no & i don't know whats the problem,& the manager is so ********,i don't what to do now
