Poor service

I am disappointed with the Store in Bellville Russell I bought both a head board plus a 3door heritage Robe which I was promised that someone would come to my house and assemble it until today no one has done that what ****ess me the must I have done numerous calls to the store and am still not recieving any feedback nor assistance to me it feels like they have received the sale and am currently useless …I have enjoyed my purchase previously bought at the parow store so professional and caring but this is my last purchase @the store
