Poor service

I bought my dinning room suit at Russels in durban russels street after two month tye chairs legs started veing wobbly, i ohined the to report the matter and they promised to send someone to check, after amoth three of the chair legs were also wobbly we could not sit on them i phoned again different person answer i was tokd the same story of sending someone, up until today no one has attended to my complain and the dont answer my calls now
