Poor Service

I bought a Hisense Twin tub washing machine from Russels in Sun Village,Sun City,North West province. The machine started giving problems in June and I bought machine around October, November 2020. Since June till now I can't get my machine fixed. They reported the machine to Hisense and Hisence did sent their technicians over 4 to 5 times. They took the machine twice to their workshop. The last time they took.my machine was on the 18th November 2021. The machine is still with Hisense. I'm always at the shop trying to find out when will I get the machine. I told them that I dont want that machine, it's either they give me my money back or a new machine. They will sort that problem.with Hisense. I'm really tired to go to the shop.
