Poor service

We bought a TV ,2 beds , dining room seat and fridge at Rusell Mega city on Black Friday , they deliver only to find out the few weeks later TV had a crack that u only see if u switch it on., We called them and returned the TV , now it’s been a month they haven’t given us a new TV. They promised that sure sure yesterday we will get the TV but nothing worse we have to call them as if we didn’t pay for that TV
