Poor service

Disappointed to the max Maclear Russells Manager u should go for management course your customer service is poor. So I bought a TV stand and delivery delayed but I didn't mind as such things happen. The people who came to deliver at my home said that they don't install the items they only do delivery but the people that are supposed to install is Russell's Maclear. I contacted them and reported that it's said that they must come and install. The manager said that they did tell my kids that they don't do installation I must get someone to do so. I said to the manager but the delivery people said so and he the manager said by the way if we go do the installation it's not a must it's a favour he dropped the phone in my ears. I called the head office to report. If a person is tired of working don't make as if the work place belongs to you just resign.
