Poor service

I bought a Defy washing machine about six months ago, It gave me problems within 3 weeks, I've reported the matter at Russells in Mamelodi. They sent two different technication and both of them they just check without anyone observing then they say the machine is fixed. I am still struggling with the same problem even now. I need Russells to to bring me a new washing machine or take that washing machine back. I am very disappointed in the way things were handled and very disappointed in JDG stores as a whole
