Poor service

Hi

I have 2 accounts Russell's and want to settle my accounts with them. I called twice the first lady I spoke to was not interested i had to ask if she was on the the twice, she told me that she has sent the request for the paid up letter. The second sounded irritated with my request. I have settled accounts before I've never had a bad service for setting account. I will never use their services again
