poor service

JD Ground listed my ID on SAFPS because a ********* in 2013 attempted to open an account with them. I'm trying to clear my name , but JD Group is stalling the investigation even after indicating that all my accounts are frozen. The staff dealing with my case has a bad attitude, and deliberately stalling the investigation though may accounts are frozen.
