Poor service

On the 11 January 2018 I bought a 3 door built in wardrobe and the boards were delivered on the 15th January and until now I am still waiting for their guy to fit it in my house, I tried calling the shop to get them to fix my wardrobe but I was told the sales person was not in. I didn't get any help. I want a wardrobe fitted or else please come and get your boards in my house and give me my refund. if this is not sorted by Monday, I need my refund as I bought a wardrobe and not boards. Nobody from the shop had a curtacy even to call me.
