Poor service

I bought a bed cash at Russells clayville on the 21st of August 2017 and I wanted it to be delivered at my home town Tzaneen,I.went to the store they told me of their system was down. I have been waiting for the bed till today. I called customer care they told me they only assist those who have accounts not cash. It was a poor service from both the store and the customer service. I am going to cancel the item I bought.
