poor service

Hi I already sent and email I am still struggling to get my money back aftee 2 months at the store mentioned above I bought a tv that just went dead I only had it for 3 months and it broke I called the call center a bunch of times but I am not getting anywhere please help I am really frustrated because for the past 2months they keep telling me one story after another and what they tell me at the branch and what their resolution centre tells me never add up it's always 2 different lies. Please help I don't know which way anymore.
