Poor service

I bought a lounge suite last years at Russell's.A few months after the one couch started to slouched.The colour fades in less than 6 months too. The material on the one couch tore and the other one's arm also started to slouch.I callled the store about 3. I was told a call was logged someone will be in contac***** been more than 3 months no one contacted me yet
