Poor quality on service and products

I bought couches from Russells in Malamulele, they were damaged in less than 2 years. I logged a complaint to Russells in Giyani on the 27th of March because Malamulele branch was closed. It's the 6th of May and the coaches haven't been collected for repairs. I am not happy with the poor service I am getting.
