Poor poor accounts department

<p>I have recieved numerous sms's from the franchise. One month you recieve an sms showing your balance is 9000 after the payment has been made you think that the balance amount will go down but the next month you recieve an amount of 11000. I would like to know how is this possible and do the people know what they are doing. I am very dissappointed in the service being given. Will never ever have an account again with this franchise.</p>
