poor pathetic service

My mother bought a Fridge at Russell's in Hammanskraal Joubile Mall last month on the 22 March 2018, till to-date we are still waiting for delivery. The Fridge was bought cash but Russell is failing to honour the part of the contract in delivering the product _ This is pathetic service ive ever experience, when I call to follow-up I keep on getting promises that they will deliver the product and nothing is done afterwards .
