Poor online service

On the 11 Nov I bought 2 beds from Russell online. 5 days later one bed was delivered.. The delivery guy wasn't aware of the other bed. I enquired same day, the following day I received an sms stating that the bzd will be delivered on the 25th of Nov. I patiently waiting nothing, a lady called informing me that they're out of stock and will be in touch with her manager to see what can be don. It's the 2nd of December still nothing, no call no response from anyone.. I want my money back
