Poor Edblo quality Bed from Rusells

I am so disapointed with the quality of Queen Edblo Bed that i bought last year July 2023 at Russels Protea Glen Mall which was fetched at Russels Protea Gardens. The store closed down and later merged with Bradlows, no one told me that if i have issues i can come to Bradlows store for asssitance, because the matress was faulty and the base had slopes during the first two weeks which casued my ribs to be always painfull , i tried complaining on facebook last year with no help i was advised to go to store but no one mentioned which store since Russels closed down at Protea Glen Mall. In November this year after sending several complains on your facebook page i was advised to go to Bradlows for assistance and they refered me to Rusells at Protea Gardens since the manager moved to that store. now i am told to pay R600 for reporting the matter after a year. why do i have to pay while i reported the matter and no one told me on time to visit the store and no hard copies were shared to me as consumer detailing what i need to do regarding waranty and guarantee of the product. i feel i have been unfairly treated on this matter. i mean have been a regular client since 2012 to Rusells but you guys decided to give such a hossible experiance, i am also concidering cnacelling the layby i have with you guys due to such phathetic service.
