Poor customer service/not trustworty

We experienced very poor services form Russels Queenstown, both branches in town. We had put a laybye for a bedset with wardrobe months before December and they had confirmed that it was in stock. In December when we go to putdown the final payment so that we can have our purchased items,they inform us there is no stock left, they had sold the entire stock even though a laybye was put down. We were then told to go to the second Russels and and see the item, they told us that they had called and were told that there the set was there. When we get there there was no one to assist us, after some time 1 person comes and tells us that there is no stock and that we must go back to the other Russels where we had put the laybye. There was no sense of urgency or care. they didnt account for what they had done or showed any sign of acknowledgement. Because we needed the set for the next day we ended up taking a display set which was not even the original set we had put a laybye for. I will never set foot again in this store! I have never seen such bad management.
