Poor customer service from branch manager

<p>I bought a bed on a black Friday. And I was told they will call me to collect my bed. I waited until last week Tuesday when I went there only to find out that I have to pay another R500.00 for to get a new deal. I called the head office and I was promised by Friday last week the matter would be resolved. But nothing. Please help.</p>
