Poor customer service

I went to buy a chest freezer at Russels Bela- Bela branch in Chis Hani street on the 11th of October 2022 and till today it hasn't been delivered. My order number is ***

I FEEL VERY IRRITATED BY THEIR BAD SERVICE. If the product isn't delivered by tomorrow I will demand a refund. And no one bothered to communicate with me and tell me what's causing a delay on the delivery

I expect a feedback before the end of business day.
