Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I bought a built in wardrobe in April 10th, then delivered within no time shame. I waited for installer till today, when I call the lady who assisted me she said yhoo cc I don't know nam what happened because the guy was informed, ok what to do now, let's wait Cc because this guy is not from here(Matatiele) is coming from Kokstad and is working on weekends only. I decided to look for someone that can help me to install, on Tues 20th wadrope was installed and I pay that guy. Shame tank you guys you go miles with your service. Today I received a call from the guy who said is an installer he is available today, I said thank you brother wadrope was installed, yhoo the same person is the one who asked me what happened hybooo and asked me who pay, really now.💔💔💔
