Poor customer service

I bought a kitchen unit cash at Brussels Evaton after delivery I realised that the middle pies with drawers is faulty, I couldn't use the drawers as they were stuck. I made follow ups countless times with their warehouse until they came with a wrong pies which I did not request, it's almost 2 Months now they still have not assisted me. I am disappointed at their service, I regret buying there, I will never again buy at Russels!
