Poor customer service

Been doing up and down at Russells Giyani, first went there while they where about to knock off and was told I must come back on Monday, went there and was told they'll call me. They did went there yet again they said they'll call me which they never did after how many times should I visit their store then they keep on saying they'll call me? 10 times?
