Poor call center

The pain of having a supplier dropping calls on me after trying to make an inquiry about my order is not fair business.Puleng Tsikoe helped me fairly and gave me relevant contact that it rings for long without answer,and when I tried it after few minutes it could go through.I made an order online with paying the full amount for the item and now I must suffer to it delivered.

And I also need a refund for lay-by because I managed to purchase the same item in full the next few days.
