POKING BED

Good Day, Last week Thursday i wrote review about the proble that i have with Russell store. The bed that the sold to me it too soft, the springs of the bed are poking me and the bed making lot of noise when I am turning around. I have not receive any feedback from them, they still ignoring me. please help me.
