Phone📱 problem 🤦🏻♂️

My name is Paballo.I have a problem with Russell's store in Krugersdorp,I bought a Hisense Infinity H60 lite last year October 2023.Now the Phone has problems it doesn't read the sim card,it's over heating the battery can charge almost the whole day then get full but flat very fast, the finger sensor is no longer working the screen sometimes freeze.On Tuesday 18th 2024 I took the phone back to the shop and I told them that I'm a student I'm using that phone for my studies and I asked them if they can replace my phone with a new one for the same amount or refund me because I can't stay without a phone it's very important that refused and booked for my phone to be repaired and they said i should wait they will tell Me if the repairers have responded and collected the phone from the store.the problem is can't stay without a phone and they don't know when they will get a respond or when will my phone be collected and how long it will take for it to be repaired.On Friday 21 June I went back to the store to check if the phone was collected but no it's still in the shop.I would like the shop to replace my phone with the other brand of a phone,because they also said that many customers are complaining about the Hisense or give me back my money because it's taking forever to attend my phone and need it.
